How to migrate cas6.2.4 service table to cas6.6 table?

Hi, everyone

I want o upgrade our cas from 6.2.4 to latest version. But I found cas 6.6 service regrex registered service table structure change a lot. Would you like to let me kown how to fill cas 6.6 registeredservice table body field as I can't find any document for it? Would you like to give me an example? Thanks a lot.
