We’re pleased to announce that voting is now open for the 2025 Apereo Board of Directors elections! This is your opportunity to help shape the leadership and future of our Foundation. As always, the strength of Apereo comes from the commitment and engagement of its members—your vote truly matters.

 Who Can Vote?

Elections are open for both Individual and Organizational Member seats. The following groups are eligible to vote:

Individual Member Voters include:

• Friends of Apereo

• Current and former members of Apereo Project Management Committees (PMCs)

• Current and alumni members of the Apereo Board of Directors

Organizational Member Voters include:

• Apereo PMC Chairs

• Designated representatives from Apereo Institutional Members (colleges and universities)

• Designated representatives from Apereo Commercial Affiliates

All eligible voters should receive an email from Helios Voting containing information on how to access and submit your ballot.

If you belong to one of the groups listed above but have not received your Helios Voting email, please:

• Check your spam or junk folder
