Following the success of Apereo's debut at OW2con'24, we are thrilled to invite you to participate in OW2con'25 by submitting a session proposal for our dedicated track on Open Source in Education, Science, and Research. This year's conference will take place on June 17-18, 2025, in Paris-Châtillon.

At OW2con'24, Apereo members made a strong impression, spotlighting projects developed by higher education for higher education. Whether showcasing innovative open source tools, introducing peer communities of collaboration, or promoting the value and benefits of open initiatives in higher education, our breakout session presentations drew significant interest from European institutions.

Call for Presentations Details:

Submission Deadline: February 23, 2025

Session Length: 20 minutes (15 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A)

We encourage proposals that align with the conference theme, "Open Source and Responsible AI," but are also interested in complementary topics impacting academics, research, and administrative computing. Let's show how open source empowers innovation in teaching, research, and campus administration, where AI and related developments are growing in interest and use.
