Dear OSPO OnRamp Community,
This month we welcome Bastien Guerry, Head of the Free software mission at Direction interministérielle du numérique (DINUM) (Inter-Ministerial Directorate of Digital Affairs of the French State).
The free software strategy of the interministerial digital direction is based on three objectives to be implemented with all the government departments: use more free software, publish more source code, and attract open source-related skills to the public sector. The presentation will show the means implemented to achieve this mission, and the results obtained.
