Web Proxy Portlet vulnerability notification

Meant to post this to uportal-user@ just now, but goofed and posted it to uportal-dev@ instead.

Short version is that Web Proxy Portlet 2 versions prior to 2.2.2 can over-cache, potentially exposing personalized content to unintended audiences.
