Call for maintainers JSPC Maven Plugin

Hey all,

There has been some renewed interest from adopters of the jspc-maven-plugin.

However, currently, there is not an active project maintainer.

Would anyone be interested in becoming a project maintainer?

Maintainer Responsibilities:

• Triaging incoming issues
• Reviewing and merging pull requests
• Cutting releases
