Proposal: Grant Christian Cousquer Committer Access

[Christian Murphy]

Hey Folks,

Over the past few years you have likely interacted with Christian Cousquer.

Christian is a member of the steering committee and is also very involved with user experience and accessibility improvements to uPortal.

I have reviewed Christian's contributions and they have been consistently high quality.

Christian also gives feedback on other's contributions and his feedback has been well thought out and illuminating.

I propose a vote on granting Christian Cousquer committer access.

Sadly, you are not allowed an official vote, but you are very much allowed and encouraged to voice your support!

And if you contribute enough code or work, you too can become a committer and officially vote!
