refactored MyUW redirect-to-uPortal-home rendering pipeline branching

I recently refactored MyUW's (uPortal 4.2) rendering pipeline branching.

Here's the new relevant bits of the pipeline context:

These changes are not yet in production. They haven't obviously broken anything in test.

The best reason for this refactor is that I think it's now easier to understand what it's doing and to explain to others what it's doing.

This also sets the stage for adjusting where it redirects to under what circumstances if and when successors to uPortal-home become available to handle some of these cases.
