Portlet releases for overrides context

Hi folks,

I just cut 8 portlet releases. The common fix is implementing support for portlet-specific overridesContext.xml files similar to uPortal in uPortal-start.

Please test these out and submit tickets if issues are found. Some of these portlets have not been touched in a while.
