Resolution: Annual Removal of Inactive GitHub Committers

Resolved: Each year, at the first opportunity after July 1, the Sakai PMC will review GitHub committer access.

Any committer who has not committed or commented in any official Sakai GitHub repositories during the prior 18 months will be removed from the sakaiproject GitHub comitter list.

A removed committer may be added back later through the normal PMC process.

As a reminder, this is a public, on-list vote: "+1" signifies approval, “0” signifies abstention, and “-1” signifies disapproval. Per our governance documents, a -1 vote must include a detailed explanation. A single -1 vote based on a material objection will block action, unless overridden by a 2/3 majority roll-call vote of active PMC members.

Voting will remain open for 3 working days.
