Are there any additional external URLs Sakai requires to function properly?
Can Sakai be configured to run fully offline or in a restricted network environment during exams?
Any guidance or official documentation on minimizing external dependencies would be very helpful.

We have several courses that use a Respondus lockdown browser. It is part of our setup when creating the test. This prevents accessing any other internet tabs, sites, etc The caveat is that all material needs to located locally in the resources file. Nothing can be pulled in as you currently have it.
