Hi All,

I am looking for a solution on this issue. I wish to enforce the change/reset of password to all Sakai users in our institution. Does Sakai have a command used to auto reset password once user login using initial password?

Hi Ann,

That feature is not available in Sakai OOTB, it could be a nice feature, however, there are some settings related to the password policy:

I think implementing a password expiration policy just makes sense to me.

Hi All,

I have enabled the password policy, but I can't see any change under users tools

I was expecting it to add expiring date textbox OR form for administrator to set the expiring date.

or how does it work?

Hi Ann, as I stated in my previous emails, as far as I can tell, Sakai doesn't support OOTB password expiration by date.
