searchLocation in overlay?

Hi,
is it possible to define searchLocation in overlay project?

...so I can change file:///etc/cas/config right in the build.

Place this file https://github.com/apereo/cas/blob/master/webapp/cas-server-webapp/src/main/resources/bootstrap.properties in src/main/resources in your overlay and make that change there to point to wherever you like. Re-build. Re-deploy.
