CAS 6.6.2 DUO problems

I am having a problem getting DUO to work with CAS 6.6.2, I am getting an error about action execution attributes were 'map[[empty]]', I think this is been caused by the following.

I am working on deploying the CAS build using the CAS overlay and out putting a docker image, but I have tried using the war file and tomcat and get the same error.

Any advice or guidance would be great.
