CAS SAML with miniOrange SAML metadata issue

Hello i configure SAML with Shibboleth it's working fine but when i use minorange plugin SAML i always have this error

If you put the metadata url in your browser, you should see the metadata.

Is it possible that miniorange is blocking that url?
