Delegate authentication to Azure AD

Hello,

Based on the documentation, it seems that there is a new method for authenticating users against Azure AD using https://github.com/AzureAD/microsoft-authentication-library-for-java: https://apereo.github.io/cas/6.6.x/integration/Delegate-Authentication-Azure-AD.html.

I was already familiar with the method using PAC4J and OIDC delegation.

Which method is considered the best?

According to the list archives, it appears that the majority of users are still using PAC4J OIDC delegation. What is the motivation behind the newest integration?
