CAS REST API - ST on SAML protected services

Hey folks - using the REST API I can successfully get a TGT, then STs and I can then hit those services without having to enter credentials - great!

But, what about those SAML-protected services that receive SAMLv1 assertions... how can I hit those using the service ticket received via REST?
