Cas 4.2 Jpa ticket and service register to postgresql

Hello!

I have configured cas 3.5.2 in my environment and everything works fine. I'm planning to implement the version 4.2 (wordpress, moodle compatiblity). 
I am setting up cas 4.2.7 (cas-overlay-template-4.2) for jpa ticket and service register to postgresql following the documentation:

The environment is:

Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_111-b14)
Tomcat 8.5.8
The postgres bb.dd version is 9.6
postgresql-9.4.1212.jar driver

And I get some errors. I've been looking for these mistakes and I can not find anything.
