CAS 5.1.x Password reset link contains dot that breaks link on some devices/apps.

Is there a quick way to change the link sent from CAS PM? The link often contains multiple instances of a period which breaks the links in some readers/apps.

Changing the period to %2e works always works, but can this be done within CAS? Should I file this as a bug?
