SAML dependencies in CAS 5.3.4 management issue

Hello, 

I seem to have a catch-22 problem with CAS 5.3.4 management overlay.

I am using JPA service registry on Oracle, the SAML dependencies in CAS 5.3.4 management is introducing column names longer than 30 characters, that is not support on Oracle 11. 

After I removed SAML dependencies, CAS management is working, but when I try to add a new service, I am getting error.  

Suggestions?
