which version of SAML do I have

I need to take a screen shot to show which version of saml I have installed.  Can anyone tell me where to look?

I’m not sure there’s anywhere you can screenshot but the modules you’ve built CAS with should show the versions for everything.

Your SAML IDP metadata should be available at cas_server/cas/idp/metadata and should contain lines similar to the following:

urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:metadata

urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:bindings

.

.

.

 

Would that be proof enough?

Assuming you've built and configured SAML 2, going to the metadata is a great idea. If you haven't built or configured, it will give you an error, which tells you that you need to rebuild and configure CAS to include SAML 2, as it is an add on component (which is extremely popular and works very well).
