[java-cas-client] Reactive (Webflux) CAS client support

Hello

As indicated in https://github.com/spring-projects/spring-security/issues/5887 to support spring security via CAS client in reactive applications there need to be a CAS client that implements WebFlux reactive-stack.

Is there any development in that direction? Should a relevant ticket be submitted somewhere?
