Hello

I have been working with a vendor that is still using CAS protocol 1.0.  I see the mappings for the legacy /validate in the ~cas/WEB-INF/cas-servlet.xml, but I am not sure how that translates into practice in terms of configuration.  Does it mean I should be altering aspects of the deployerConfigContext.xml file in order to handle interactions with CAS protocol 1.0.

I have integrated several third party vendors into our CAS application without any issue, but this vendor, Accommodate by  Simplicity, has not been successful after many attempts.  I am wondering if there is an issue with respect to our configuration in the deployerConfigContext.xml file being incompatible with CAS protocol 1.0.

This vendor, Accommodate by has a web interface that we are to configure for them with respect to client.  I have followed through their instructions, which frankly suggest configurations like no others that we have worked with. When I provided them with an image of how I'd configured it, the "transition specialist" advised me to place the target as https://<our cas server/cas/login, which of course, caused an automatic authentication and redirect to CAS and nothing else.

At this point, my confidence in their acumen and capable staff is low, so if any of you have successfully integrated with this vendor, I would greatly appreciate any tips you have.

To date, several carefully thought out strategies based on our other configurations have all failed.
