Changin web flow CAS 4.2.x

Hi im trying to change the web flow of my cas server implementation so i wanted to it verify against my database de user expiration date so when it detect it say from a page that i have to change and take me to the page and i wanted to add on my sign in page a link to change my password and a policy so when the user take more than 3 chances to log in the user get block can you help me o privide some examples or link im in cas 4.2.x
