CAS 6.6.14 - Service ticket takes a long time to validate

Hi All,

We are upgrading CAS from 6.3 to 6.6.14, and we found that the service tickets, if validated through the samlValidate end point, often takes a long time, up to 10+ seconds. Please see the following log entry form /var/log/tomcat/access_log.log I wonder if anyone else has seen this. We tried to turn on the debug of "cas.log.level" but nothing turned up about what CAS was doing during the time. Does anyone else see this, and/or what other logging can we turn on to get more information?

The time in the end, I assume, is how long that request takes. It seems abnormal to take that long for a ST validation, and it also seems to be correlated to the ST validation failures that we are observing.
