Specific redirects for Service Access Strategy failures?

When using service access strategies such as ABAC (<https://apereo.github.io/cas/6.6.x/services/Service-Access-Strategy-ABAC.html>), I there a way to redirect users to a specific web page for failures to satisfy that service's requirement(s)? I.e.,: some helpful custom page to explain to the user the nature of the problem?
