CAS installation on Apache Tomcat

I just want to know if there are any documentation/tutorial on how you can install/configure CAS on a separate Apache Tomcat servlet container

It's not "official" documentation, but I've been sharing my documentation as I get it written up... that includes installing into an external (non-embedded) Tomcat.
