CAS cas-overlay-template branch 6.3 not available

does anyone know what's up with branch 6.3 of cas-overlay-template in GitHub?

I think you are just meant to use the CAS Initializr... I'm not a big fan but I think that is the "official" way. I still commit the generated stuff to local git so I can see what has changed.
