CAS 5.2 -- Custom Authenticator and UserDetailsService

It's been a few years since my last CAS deployment,  and oh dear have things changed!   I need to use my own AuthenticationManager and UserDetailsService.  I see there is no more .xml configuration.  So how do I add by own custom beans now?
