Throttling CAS 3.5.2 INSPEKTR without SQL Datasource

Hello,

I manage to configure CAS 3.5.2 Throttling using inspektr module as described in https://wiki.jasig.org/display/CASUM/Throttling+Login+Attempts

However I would like to avoid the use of SQL persistent database to handle Throttling. Would it be possible? Or use the Jboss cache to store Throttling logs.

Note that I need to use the inspektr module since I use CAS in cluster mode.
