Newbie CAS questions: the user and password policy configuration.

Hi,

I have downloaded CAS overlay version 5 from here:

I able to login to CAS but I can not see any screen (same on the demo https://jasigcas.herokuapp.com/cas/login).

 

I looked in the documentation but still be happy for couple of clarifications:

I guess all configuration via files (and without UI). Correct?

How can I add Database users?

How can I configure authentication?

How can I configure CAS password policy?
