OIDC Server Support

I'm trying to add OIDC Server support.  The client (Apache Nifi) that i'm pointing at it is looking for token_endpoint_auth_methods_supported in the openid-configuration metadata, which it isn't finding.

Any idea how to get this populated in the OIDC server support?  I can't find reference to it in any of the oidc code.

Further research shows that it's optional in the OIDC Spec, and it has a default when it's not present.  Can anyone share their cas.properties & overlay dependencies where they got it working?
