Enable allowedToProxy

Hello CAS expert,

I'm working on Casyfing CASifying Outlook Web Access 2010 , with cas 4.0.0

and im geting the followinf error : unauthorized_service_proxy

This article : https://wiki.jasig.org/display/CASUM/Services+Management

explain that with Cas 4.0  the option allowedToProxy  is set to false by default this may be the reason why i'm getting this error

I didn't find where i need to change this option, could someone help me please ?
