CAS v5 M2 release announcement

CAS Community,

CAS version 5.0.0.M2 [1] has been released and should shortly find its way into central repositories. This is the second preview build of the upcoming v5 release which contains a large body of improvements and enhancements, particularly on auto configuration of various features such as OIDC, SAML and MFA [2]. There will be a few more additional milestones before the final GA release. You can track a tentative project release schedule here [3].

If you would like to try out the milestone, there is an overlay available here [4]. This is a great way to expedite the development process and the planning of the final release. Feedback is appreciated.
