cas config server is unable to clone config from TFS

Hello everyone ,

 Our company uses Team Foundation Server  as source control it supports git protocol.

But the clone url does not end .git as usual.

the config server is unable to clone the repo for some reason on the other hand if i type `git clone url` it works normally.

here is the error I get
