Reset password link in plaintext is misinterpreted by apple mail client

Hi,

according to this topic:

we got a problem with Mac users, who cannot reset their password by clicking on the reset link, since it is truncated at the first dot.

I'd like to add a pull request with a new property, but I'm not sure that's a clean choice.

If you look at the master branch, you'll see new settings that allow the text body to act as HTML. Reuse, apply and PR.

Hi Misagh, 

I apologize because I've just read your answer. At the moment I worked around  by overriding Communicationsmanager class and forcing the html property.

I found out the feature on branch master and if I undersood, I'll try to backport your commit https://github.com/apereo/cas/commit/23f8372dc99f6ab1db76daa4dd1663897b0b3170  on 6.0.x version, would be my first PR on github.

Unfortunely at the moment I'm stuck in setting up the dev entironment following this guide https://apereo.github.io/cas/developer/Build-Process-6X.html both on eclipse and IntelliJ, but I'm sure that somehow I'll manage.
