Description: Following the GNSO Council’s approval of the Transfer Policy Review Working Group’s Final Report, ICANN Board is seeking community input on all areas of the policy recommendations to assist the Board in its consideration of the recommendations.

Description: ICANN is seeking inputs on an updated version of the ICANN Community Participant Code of Conduct Concerning Statements of Interest (“Code”). ICANN updated the document to include the introduction of a new section on examples offered to support community training, compliance, and enforcement of the Code. The update to the Code also makes clearer when disclosures are required, confirming that ICANN processes generally remain publicly available for everyone to access and follow even when they are unable to make disclosures.

Description: The Policy Status Report (PSR) examines how both the Expired Domain Deletion Policy (EDDP) and Expired Registration Recovery Policy (ERRP) perform, and suggests how both the EDDP and ERRP could potentially be improved in the future. ICANN org is inviting community input to the PSR to aid in the evaluation and assessment of the EDDP and ERRP as they currently stand.

Description: This is the fifth and final public comment proceedings seeking community inputs on the complete draft language for the Applicant Guidebook (AGB) for the New gTLD Program: Next Round. Inputs should focus on a review for inconsistencies across sections of the complete draft AGB, and any new issues or oversights that have not been discussed previously.
