A change will be rolling out today that will restrict registered /
logged in users from adding reviewers and cc's to their changes by
default. We've added a new group to allow those that have signed the
AOM CLA to keep the old behavior. In general there should be no
visible changes for most users. If you run into any issues please let
me know.
Note this isn't intended to address issues of spam bots from adding
themselves to cc or posting comments.
