Update on the install PopOS

Hi, I used GParted and did a fresh install but I did not format my root directory on my old setup, I added a /boot and /root and my /home. But I had to create a new user in the install. All my apps are missing, and my old login. I still have the space being used up from the previous install but don't seem to see any of the files. Must be a way to restore or access these because I am sure they were not deleted.
