At Menzies School of Health Research, we have two new exciting positions at The Communicate Study Partnership based in Darwin. This dynamic initiative is dedicated to improving healthcare experiences and outcomes for First Nations peoples in hospitals across the Northern Territory. Our work supports healthcare professionals to adopt culturally safe communication practices. Several team members have presented on this work at previous AANZCA conferences.
We are currently recruiting a Researcher and a First Nations Research Assistant to co-design culturally safe communication strategies and contribute to a range of research activities. We’d love your help spreading the word - please pass these roles on to anyone who might be keen to get involved in this exciting and impactful communication space. Applications close this Friday, anyone very welcome to get in touch with myself or Vicki Kerrigan to learn more (vker...@swin.edu.au).
