Good morning,

My name is Maddison, and I’m the NT regional representative for AANZCA. I’m based at Menzies School of Health Research, where I work on the Communicate Study Partnership - an anti-racism project aiming to strengthen intercultural communication across Northern Territory hospitals. Every two years, we host the First Nations Health Communication Symposium on Larrakia Country in Darwin. This year’s theme is Stories that matter: reflecting and collaborating for change.

If you or your colleagues are working in this space, we’d love for you to join us, and we’d especially love to hear about your work. Expressions of interest are now open to:

  • Present research findings or practice insights
  • Join a panel discussion
  • Host an information stall

Please complete and return the attached EOI form (also available via the event website below) tocommunicatest...@menzies.edu.au (Cc’d) by Friday 16 May. Application outcomes and registration information will be shared in June.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch - and feel free to share this invitation widely within your networks.
