University of Cincinnati: Two Tenure-Track Faculty Positions

 

Two tenure-track faculty positions in the Department of Biological Sciences, University of Cincinnati (http://www.artsci.uc.edu/biology), at the Assistant Professor level studying (1) SENSORY ECOLOGY, bringing mechanistic approaches to questions about animal sensory systems of behavioral, ecological or evolutionary relevance; and (2) BEHAVIORAL PHYSIOLOGY, using cellular/molecular approaches to investigate questions about physiological mechanisms underlying the function, development and evolution of animal behavior. These positions will complement existing strengths in our departmental research foci in Sensory Biology, Behavior & Evolution, and Environmental Change & Biological Resilience. Applicants must hold a Ph.D. and have postdoctoral experience. Successful candidates will build an outstanding, externally funded research program, contribute to undergraduate and graduate teaching, and fulfill service duties.
