The Animal Behavior Research Methods instructional DVD is available from the Wildlife Conservation Society. The DVD covers all the steps of the research process from literature searching to experimental design, data collection, and data analysis. The process is illustrated in two example research projects that are developed throughout the DVD. Each chapter is no longer than 50 minutes and the material is geared towards undergraduates; however, the DVD is useful for high school research exercises and advanced professionals new to behavioral observations. Complete details, video samples, and ordering information can be found at: http://www.aza.org/methods-for-animal-behavior-research-dvd/ The DVD is available for $5/copy. Over 2500 DVDs have been distributed to 22 countries around the world. Contact David Powell (dpo...@wcs.org) at the Wildlife Conservation Society if you have questions.
