Key enhancements since Beta01:
Preview Mirroring: Mirror Preview streams on API 33+ with setMirrorMode.
Enhanced Capture Performance: Smoother capture and tap-to-focus, resolving latency and Preview freezes.
Expanded High Resolution Support: Fixed issues with high resolutions when using CameraEffect on certain devices.
Virtual Device Support: Context passed into ProcessCameraProvider will now retain the device ID to ensure functionality within a virtual device environment.
Kotlin Enhancement: Added kotlin-idiomatic APIs to ImageCapture and ProcessCameraProvider.

Image Capture on Samsung Tab A8: Resolved ImageCapture failures on Samsung Tab A8 with specific settings.
