I have done some preliminary research and it seems that it might be possible by customizing the CameraFactory. However, I am not sure how to provide the second and third parameters when constructing the CameraFactory

Normally, if a camera id is not listed in CameraManager.getCameraIdList, the camera can't be accessed. One exception is that if the physical camera is contained in a logical camera, Camera2Interop.Extender.setPhysicalCameraId may be used to get the output from it.
