Adding watermark to video

Hi team,

I am using CameraX to record the videos. I want to add the watermark
to the video. How can I do that?

Hi Samriddha:

CameraX provides the CameraEffect API for this. It allows the app to edit the camera output. As for code samples, you can take a look at the ToneMappingSurfaceEffect and ToneMappingSurfaceProcessor files in our test app.

We also have a work-in-progress feature that allows the app to use the Canvas API to draw into the camera output, which should be exactly what you need. However the feature is still under API review.
