Long recording video drops a lot of data due to corruption.

I followed the improvement https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/264812009?pli=1

Video file is survived and playable, but there is another issue that for long recording (more than 2h in my testing), around 15 minutes last will be dropped, It's really critical for important video especially for law enforcement.

Any way to make it just drop around 1-2s or the best is no second lost.

I did research and could workaround by customize a Muxer then using VideoCapture.Builder().setMuxerFactory but I don't think it's a good way.
