Is it possible to record video without audio using VideoCapture?

I have an app which records video using VideoCapture, but I need to grant audio recording permission and it records audio. Is it possible to record just video without audio?

Currently, VideoCapture is not publicly released.

Recording a video without audio is possible in the future plan.

The release is available in 1.1.0-alpha10, in library camera-video (but be reminded that this is 1st video capture alpha release, inside alpha10 release package: it is on the release train).

      Audio is configurable with withAudioEnabled(): by default, it is video only(audio off). 

There was another thread talking about the similar thing(asking how to enable audio).

One more thing: like to "sell" you a page here: https://developer.android.com/training/camerax/video-capture (the VideoCapture API overview section might help a little), the sample (tried to repeat some info in the README.md) too :-).  let us know what you think about doc (and sample too), thank you for the question.

(I personally feel the current.txt in the source code is very useful; the intention is that the diagram on the doc page + current.txt  should be sufficient to enable coding: love to know whether it reaches its goal, just let us know)
