Getting Started with CameraX tutorial error.

# Issue:

At the end of [step 2](https://codelabs.developers.google.com/codelabs/camerax-getting-started/#1) it claims one should be able to build and run:

>Run the code, it should look like this: [screenshot follows]

This crashed on my Nexus 5 due to a NullPointerException caused by an absence of the manifest entries listed at the beginning of [step 3](https://codelabs.developers.google.com/codelabs/camerax-getting-started/#2)

# Proposed Solution:

Is the source for generating the tutorial on github or anywhere where I could recommend edits via a pull request or the like?

If not, then I just recommend removing the step "2. Run the code, it should look like this:" and the subsequent screenshot.
