issue regarding Bootanimation

I am facing an issue while uploading a bootanimation file, the file when uploaded is showing zero kb, also the when i try to create a new directory its prompts me of this message

 

ive seen multiple solutions online regarding increasing tmpfs size, but they also dont seem to work .

let me know what i can do.
